Yes. To travel out of country, you need to purchase or inquire about your personal coverage.

Yes. To insure your spot, you need to put down an initial $400 per person deposit once registration begins.

The $400 deposit is refundable up to 90 days before departure (less a $200 administrative fee per person). Less than 90 days before departure, the deposit is non-refundable.

We will be on a coach bus for our study tour.

This is possible (click registration link for more details and costs) but you will need to arrive in Greece at a specific time to be on the shuttle to the hotel on opening night. This time will be made available closer to the trip. You will still need to register to secure your spot(s) on the trip.
